Have Toilet Anxiety? 3 Tips To Go With The Flow

Sometimes when we're not at home, it can be a little difficult to do the deed (if you know what I mean).

Get past the nervousness, with these 3 tips:

1. Eliminate distractions.

Making a lot of noise to distract others from knowing you're pooping (running water, watching videos on your phone, etc.) is actually distracting you. 

Quiet your mind and concentrate on the task at hand.

2. Breathe. 

Close your eyes and relax.

When you slow down your breathing, you relax all parts of your body and are contracting your abs.

3. Plant your feet. 

Get planted so you can push, k?

 

Lastly, stop caring. Most of the anxiety is based on what we think others perceive.
